Windows 10 Enterprise 2019 LTSC is not a system suitable for everyday use. So it's not a system for the end user. Located located LTSB (Long Term Servicing Branch) that has been newly designated. 9. In-place upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10 is not supported for LTSC.
10. Office 365 ProPlus will not be supported on LTSC from January 2020.
11. The LTSC version is not able to take advantage of the improvements on the Microsoft EDR solution, Windows Defender ATP.
12. Third-party applications are only tested on SAC versions. Application compatibility issues with LTSC versions are hardship.
13. Updates will not be applied retrospectively unless there is a security patch.
14. There is no standard delivery frequency between LTSC versions.
