Blowin' off the big guns, _We Salute You_ is another in a long line of AC/DC tribute discs, each of which reminds you just how riveting the original recordings from the Aussie group actually are.
All but two of the cuts from the eleven song compilation are from the Bon Scott era, which includes "Highway to Hell", "Girls Got Rhythm", "Shot Down in Flames", "Problem Child", "Hell Ain't a Bad Place To Be", "Let There Be Rock", "Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap", "Down Payment Blues" and "Rock 'N' Roll Damnation". The two songs representing the Brian Johnson days are both pulled from the legendary _Back in Black_ album, "You Shock Me All Night Long" and "Hells Bells".
