This course offers a comprehensive understanding of the unified concepts of real-time controls and peripheral interfacing using the 8051 microcontroller. Students will study how real-time control principles are implemented through the 8051's architectural features, including timers/counters, interrupt structure, I/O ports, and serial communication modules.
