With manual design, the designer cannot guarantee the complete working capacity of the structure at the stage of its development, which is quite difficult to do when working with individual drawing views. As a result, the mold is subjected to repeated tests and fine-tuning in the tool shop.
In the MoldWorks system, it is possible to analyze the shape collection and the performance of its components, to provide for the intersectability of the work of individual parts in the form (ejectors and side rods having a joint work area).

A large percentage of defects in the manufacture of molds associated with design errors in the calculation of the cooling system. MoldWorks analyzes wall thickness, helping to avoid intersections of cooling holes with other holes.

The speed of the mold layout in MoldWorks is due to the use of parametric 3-D object-oriented libraries of mold parts of several international standards (DME, HASCO, NATIONAL, RABOURDIN, FUTABA, EOC, STRACK). All used components of the molds have a graphic and informational description and are positioned in the assembly in accordance with their purpose.
