Intermediate Release Notes 3.1:

PolyWorks|Inspector
- When performing atypical curve-based feature extraction operations, it is now possible to specify negative values for the Tangent offset and the Offset to plane extraction parameters.
- Fixed issue:
. A software crash when closing PolyWorks|Inspector has been fixed.
CMM plug-ins
- Fixed issue:
. A data loss issue when probing points automatically after probing points manually has been fixed. This affected users whose CNC CMM configuration included Pantec or Wenzel controllers.
