I've been a prisoner in my own home for as long as I can remember.
When both of my older siblings died at a young age, my parents became obsessive in protecting me, to keep me alive. I'm not allowed contact with anyone. I've attended every year of school remotely straight through university.
My life changes drastically when I go for a yearly physical and the doctor becomes suspicious that my mother refuses to allow her twenty-four year old daughter an appointment in privacy. After calling security on my mother, the doctor hands me her tablet with a website called 'The Harem Project' pulled up.
Since I'm not sure where to go at the end of the day, I agreed to go to The Harem Project's facility with the doctor. I'm brought to a studio suite where I fantasize about living for the rest of my life - free of my parents' hold. But then I meet the House of Aves through their software and am immediately in love.
Afraid - terrified - I sign up for my own harem. My entire existence is turned upside down when I learn that they're not human and yet, they're worshiping me like a goddess. Not only that, but they're in the beginning stages of overthrowing some otherworldly organization of murderers with a god complex, thinking they have the right to decide which species lives and which should become extinct.
Just as I'm settling in, building a solid and amazing relationship with these four men, I'm abducted - kidnapped by my own parents. Now caged in my childhood bedroom, I'm praying to whatever gods there are that my men will find me. But the thing looking in my window at night with void black eyes is not one of my men.
