Perseus, the son of the king of the gods Zeus, is caught in a war between gods and mortals, in which his family are killed. With nothing left to lose, Perseus gathers a war band to help him conquer the Kraken, Medusa and Hades, god of the underworld.

• Deleted Scenes (HD, 19 minutes) - The only shared item with the DVD release is a collection of about ten deleted scenes. Highlights include additional squabbling on Mount Olympus, Perseus chatting with Io in the forest, more gods scheming, a brief few seconds of weeping, Apollo giving Perseus the coin for Charon, and a hilariously awful scene as if they were actors in some sort of dinner theater.

• Maximum Movie Mode - It consists of a pop-up picture, featuring interviews with Louis Leterrier, Sam Worthington, Liam Neeson, Ralph Fiennes, and other cast and crew members; special effects pre-visualizations; make-up and costume screen tests; pre-production walk-throughs; stunt work coordination; additional featurette access; and much more. While there are some great anecdotes in here about the production, there's also a lot of back patting going on that becomes irritating pretty quickly.
