Having trouble sticking to a diet That is why I created this course. I along with many people have trouble ticking to a healthy, balanced diet. One day I decided to learn how to cook and that was the key to overcome my unhealthy diet. Cooking your own food may help you finally stick to that healthy diet so I plan to teach you the foods that helped me in my health journey. Healthy foods often gets associated with being bland but that mainly stems from not being used to eating healthy foods or improper preparation of food. I am here to dispel the myth that healthy foods equals boring by teaching you ways to cook these "bland" foods in tastier ways. I will be teaching you the different nutrients that you need for a balanced diet and dispel some common myths. I will also discuss ways you can start eating healthy and some other, non-food related wellness habits. Learn how to cook meals including, egg fried rice, sugar free desserts, healthier fries, and many more. The main part of the course is made up of lessons teaching you some basic but essential cooking skills that can be applied to the majority of dishes across the world or can just be used as a dish itself.
