With world-class sparkling saxophone games, Fredrik Kronkvist creates a unique music experience with exciting and outgoing jazz along with some of jazz's most interesting world stars. Grammy nominated Fredrik Kronkvist is constantly up to date and this year he celebrates the 15th anniversary since the album debut in his own name. In the band we hear the modern jazz trumpet champion Jeff "Tain" Watts and the soulful and inventive pianist Orrin Evans as well as on double bass internationally attended by Martin Sj?stedt with the great sound and the steady beat. With Fredrik's compositions, the group builds an adventurous world of wild improvisations, swinging rhythms, colorful harmonies and beautiful melodies played with playful communication and great love for the jazz.

The new record, Kronicles, is recorded in the United States with this super group and becomes Fredrik's 15th album as artistic leader. Due to the anniversary, Kronkvist also publishes a book with all his hundreds of recorded and published compositions.
