Also, I'll give you approximately number of calories, carbohydrates, protein and fats that there are in a certain meal. But you should take into consideration that number of calories, carbs and so on in the dish that you cook can differ from number calories, carbs and so on in my dish, because we can use different products.
By the end of this course you'll be more knowledgable about recipes and you will be able to diversify your diet.
As for tools, you need only some products and your kitchen.
