Go on this 21 day journey to help you do just that. Each day we'll cover a different topic and hopefully you will complete the 21 days with a totally new perspective on your parenting journey.Parenting does not come with a manual; as "they" all say. But there are so many ways to truly get the most out of your relationship with your children if you take the to be intentional about your parent-child relationship. I often say that parenting isn't only about your decisions, but rather about the lessons you get to learn with your children as you navigate this often tough and unpredictable journey.As a Mom and Intuitive Coach, I have found conscious parenting to be something that has changed my perspective on everything (not just parenting!). It has changed the way I view education, spirituality, sexuality and so many other day to day topics. I feel this is because raising my children has provided a beautiful opportunity to take an introspective look at my own life in order to figure out how to guide them to a more empowered way of thinking in their own lives.This 21 day journey is made up of activities and exercises I use as a parent, as a coach and just as a person. I hope these tools empower you the way they have empowered me.On this journey we will explore topics such as brain development; alternative tools to punishment and reward; understanding your child's behaviour; understanding emotional regulation; approaching your child-parent relationship with a new understanding and learning ways to maximise an authentic connection with your child.Through short videos, guided visualisations and meditations, as well as written activities - you will have the opportunity to dive into the material each day and learn something new (or revisit existing knowledge from a different perspective). You only need to commit about 15-20 minutes of your each day, for 21 days. You can do it!The journey is not about being perfect or learning all the tricks. But rather about nurturing your connection with your child and creating a foundation of understanding to go along with you on your own unique parenting journey.
